Make a return
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but we do our best to make your shopping experience as positive as possible.
1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
To return one or more items purchased on our website, you must return the items within 15 calendar days from the date you received the package.
2. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return, you will need to independently arrange the shipment of the items you do not wish to keep, bearing the costs and utilizing return times that are in no way dependent on Le Garage Mode.

and fill it out, then insert it into the new package you prepare along with the items to be returned and ship everything by contacting a courier of your choice or via Poste Italiane.
3. TO WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I RETURN THE GOODS?
Returns should be addressed to the following recipient:

4. WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?
Within the form to be completed and included in the package, you can choose whether to receive a refund for the returned items or proceed with an exchange.
The value of the refund or exchange voucher will always be equal to the actual price of the returned items: in the case of a total return of your order, the refund or exchange voucher will also include standard shipping costs (net of any supplement incurred for express delivery or for cash on delivery).
5. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED ITEMS?
Once we have processed your return in our warehouses, in case of an exchange, you will receive your exchange voucher via email; in case of a refund, you will receive the amount using the same payment method used to finalize the purchase. To obtain a refund for cash-on-delivery orders, you must provide your IBAN in the return form.
6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED ITEMS?
All return procedures are processed and completed within 15 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouses.
7. CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
To proceed with a return, the products you wish to return must be in perfect condition: if the returned goods appear to have been worn beyond the necessary try-on time, damaged, or washed, Le Garage Mode reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange/withdrawal.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
Personalized items
Lingerie and/or intimate apparel
Hair products
Print-on-demand items
Le Garage Mode also assumes no responsibility for the outcome of the shipment that the customer manages completely independently for the return to be made, specifically: lost packages or packages shipped to addresses other than the one communicated herein.
We always recommend noting down the tracking code of the package that will be issued to you at the time of shipment to track it and keep track of timings.
In case of non-compliance with the terms indicated above, the return will remain in storage for 10 days at our warehouses available for possible collection by the customer at their expense; after these terms, the return will be disposed of.
